Dental Implants
Dental implants are the gold standard for replacing missing teeth. A titanium post is surgically placed into the jawbone, where it fuses with the bone over time to create a stable, permanent foundation for a crown, bridge, or denture.
What's Included
- Single tooth implants, implant-supported bridges, and full-arch restorations (All-on-4/All-on-6)
- 3D imaging and computer-guided implant placement for precision and safety
- Bone grafting performed when needed to ensure adequate bone volume
- Natural look, feel, and function — no slipping or adhesives required
- Long-lasting results with proper care and maintenance
Wisdom Teeth Removal
Wisdom teeth (third molars) are the last teeth to develop, typically emerging between ages 17 and 25. When they lack sufficient space to erupt properly, they can become impacted, causing pain, infection, crowding, and damage to adjacent teeth.
What's Included
- Removal of fully erupted, partially impacted, and fully impacted wisdom teeth
- IV sedation and local anesthesia options for a comfortable, anxiety-free experience
- Advanced 3D imaging to assess tooth position and proximity to nerves
- Detailed post-operative care instructions and follow-up support
- Same-day procedures in our state-of-the-art surgical suite
Tooth Extractions
While preserving natural teeth is always our first priority, sometimes extraction is the best option for your long-term oral health. Dr. Harris performs both simple and surgical extractions with precision and care to minimize discomfort and promote healing.
What's Included
- Simple extractions for visible, fully erupted teeth
- Surgical extractions for broken, impacted, or severely decayed teeth
- Extractions to prepare for orthodontic treatment or dentures
- Socket preservation grafting to maintain bone volume after extraction
- Sedation options available for anxious patients or complex cases
Bone Grafting
Bone grafting restores lost bone volume in the jaw, which can occur due to tooth loss, gum disease, trauma, or developmental defects. Adequate bone is essential for successful dental implant placement and overall facial structure.
What's Included
- Socket preservation grafts placed at the time of tooth extraction
- Ridge augmentation to rebuild bone width and height
- Sinus lift procedures to augment the upper jaw for implant placement
- Use of autogenous, allograft, xenograft, and synthetic bone materials
- Guided bone regeneration (GBR) using barrier membranes
IV Sedation & Anesthesia
Dr. Harris is specially trained and licensed to administer IV sedation and general anesthesia in our office setting. This allows patients to undergo complex procedures in a safe, comfortable environment without the need for a hospital visit.
What's Included
- IV sedation (twilight sedation) — relaxed and unaware during the procedure
- General anesthesia for complex cases or highly anxious patients
- Local anesthesia for simple procedures with minimal discomfort
- Continuous monitoring of vital signs throughout the procedure
Exposure of Impacted Teeth
When a tooth fails to erupt properly and becomes impacted beneath the gum or bone, surgical exposure allows an orthodontist to guide it into its correct position. This procedure is most commonly performed on impacted canines and is done in close coordination with your orthodontic team.
What's Included
- Surgical uncovering of impacted canines and other unerupted teeth
- Placement of an orthodontic bracket and chain to guide eruption
- Coordinated care with your orthodontist for optimal alignment
- Performed under local anesthesia or IV sedation for patient comfort
- Minimally invasive technique to preserve surrounding tissue
